Shipping

Shipping is FREE in the Continental United States unless noted on the product page. For those who reside at Hawaii, Alaska and outside the mainland, please contact our sales team during business hours (10:30am-6:30pm PST, Monday-Saturday) to inquire if extra shipping would apply. All shipping shall be done through either UPS ground service (up to 7 business days for delivery), US Postal priority service (2-3 days delivery, excluding Sunday) or through the trucking company of our choice. Each package shall be fully insured to the value of its contents. Please call us if faster delivery is required.

Product Availability

Once your order is placed, we will respond within 48hours (excluding weekends and holidays) by email, or by phone to the availability of the product and/or also advise you a shipping date. If the product is not available, we will advise you a time frame when it will be back in stock. Any order that is back-ordered may be cancelled. The order will be held pending and will ship immediately when the product is back in stock. However, once the order leaves, any refusal of packages sent is subject to our 25% restocking fee policy as shipping cost incurred.

Prices and Price Match Policy

Prices may change at any time without notice. Price changes are due to supply and demand in the market or other internal reasons. If you find a lower price anywhere, we will be happy to offer you the same price if:
  • The price listed is not an error.
  • The store is not a membership or discount club store. We cannot match prices that are subsidized with membership fees.
  • The product is not being sold at a clearance or other similar circumstances.
  • The store is authorized to sell the product.
  • The party selling the product is not an individual.
Damage Claims & Returns

All products are inspected and examined before shipping. We understand that at times shipping may damage a product. If a product arrives damaged or has missing content, please contact our sales team immediately either through phone, (415) 594-0030 or email, m3@machiii.net. Our sales team will give you instructions how to proceed with the insurance claim.

If a purchaser wishes to return or exchange an item, an email must be sent to m3@machiii.net notifying us the reason for return or exchange. Purchaser must pay full shipping cost and insure it's contents back to Mach III. Mach III will not be responsible for lost packages due to any shipping issues occurred when returns are granted. A 25% restocking fee will be accessed to all returned purchases along with original shipping cost to the purchaser.

Sales Tax

Mach III shall automatically charge and withhold applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within California. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state.


Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability as to Products Sold

All products sold from Mach III carry a manufacture warranty only. Mach III makes no representations or warranties, either express or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold by Mach III. Purchaser agrees that the sole and exclusive maximum liability to Mach III arising from any product sold by Mach III shall be the price of the product ordered. In no event shall Mach III, its employees or other representatives be liable for special, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages related to product sold. Mach III shall not be liable for improper use or fitment of the product(s) purchased.
